many products that need to be shipped from one place to another,
standard transportation and logistics will do. But there are select,
high-value products -- medical equipment, precious artifacts, robotics,
and yes pinball machines! for which only the safest, most timely
transportation will do. For those products there is
STI (Specialized Transportation).
From the moment your machine leaves our facility until it reaches your
home, your game is handled with the utmost of care and responsibility.

our place to yours is easier than you think!
Each machine is professionally packed, wrapped, and delivered right to your home!
We use the best shipper in the industry,
STI, and all truck fleets are
air-ride equipped! Additionally, each machine is blanket wrapped
and only moved by hand. At no time are mechanical fork lifts used.
(Some pinball machines with delicate backbox toppers or firing mechanisms, (like Addams Family or Fish Tales) require
a custom plywood crate - see below.
Each game is
professionally wrapped and packed!
Each machine is fully insured and guaranteed to arrive in perfect
working order. All shipments include inside delivery to the
first floor. * Upstairs or basement delivery extra. * 10%
restocking fee applies to cancelled orders.

Please remember... These games are
heavy! Pinball machines require a little light assembly, (legs and backbox), and Arcade
games require no assembly at all! (We'll provide you with full setup
instructions with your game or we can walk you through the entire
process over the phone.) Once you're set, just plug them in you're ready
to go!
Pinball dimensions are aprox. 29" wide,
53" deep, 72" tall,
and weigh about 250 pounds. Arcade game dimensions are aprox.
27 " wide, 32" deep,
70 " tall, and weigh about
225
pounds. All machines are designed to fit through standard
sized doors.
