We do not sell parts, service games or perform outside restorations for the general public. If you have a pinball machine in need of restoration - We can probably help, but only if you're able to deliver it (or pay to have it delivered) to the Chicagoland area. Bear in mind that shipping costs alone are typically around $350-$400 each way. We have a select list of qualified independent restorers that live in the Chicagoland area. They can perform the work either in your home, (Chicagoland only) or their own workshop. The only requirement is that your game must be a non EM (electro-mechanical) machine built by Bally, Capcom, Stern, Williams or Gottlieb.
