Total Pinball Care Package
Our Total Pinball Care Package was designed for use
after the first 12-24 months of ownership, and also includes item you'll
need sooner or later such as light bulbs specific to your game and flipper
rubbers. This package is included with every restored pinball machine we
sell! (or sold separately with new pinball machines)
While you probably won't need any of these items
right away, there's a few things you'll need to take proper care
of your pinball machine... It's a good idea to place the kit inside the
cabinet of your machine so you'll know where it is when the time comes!
Here's what's inside:
- A complete set of Novus brand polishes for your
playfield, polish cloth and instructions. It's a good idea to
clean and polish your playfield once every 2-3 years when a machine is
in light to medium service.
- Although your pinball machine already includes a
brand new set of pinballs, it's a good idea to replace these every 12-24
months. Included with your Total Pinball Care Package is another
complete set of new pinballs for your convenience.
- Two packages of the most common bulbs specific to
your game. Most machines use "555" and "47" type bulbs.
Although every lamp was replaced during our restoration process, they
can come in handy if one burns out down the road. We'll include at
least 20. Tip: It's a good idea to make sure the bulb is
seated correctly in the socket before replacing, especially after a game
has been moved around a bit. Most machines have a "Lamp Test"
function within the diagnostics so that you can check all of the lights
within your game.
- Flipper rubbers can take a beating.
Although it doesn't happen very often, they can snap or lose their
elasticity over time. We've included two just in case.
