Reasons We Like This Game:  Indiana Jones movies are truly legendary, and so is this pinball game!  Known as one of the best pinball machines created from a movie concept, Indiana Jones is one of the most complex games ever created after the legendary Twilight Zone!  Like Twilight Zone, Indiana Jones is also a wide body machine, which means you get extra playfield surface area for all of the extra toys!  Indiana Jones also has an upper playfield, a SIX ball multi ball and FIVE different multi ball modes!  Additionally, the game incorporates THREE video modes!  This is the most video modes ever created for a pinball machine as has yet to be rivaled!  Each video mode is completely different (shoot the bad guys in the bar, steer the runaway mine cart through a maze, choose the right golden chalice when they are shuffled) and each is a blast to play!

Indiana Jones tops the list for the most modes of any pinball game ever created.  It actually has a whopping SIXTEEN modes to complete before reaching the final Wizard mode!!  As a matter of fact, Indiana Jones is packed with so much stuff that it uses EVERY SINGLE CIRCUIT on the WPC pinball system!  (This was the standard platform for every Williams pinball machine created during most of the 90's.)  The game also has two vintage war planes on the playfield, and one of them even has red LED lights on the wings!  One of the best features of game has to be the user controllable, tilting upper playfield that allows you to move the playfield left and right, guiding the ball through the maze to obtain a great multiball!  Last but not least, Indiana Jones incorporates some of the coolest voices and sound effects featuring Harrison Ford, Sean Connery, Short Stop plus many more!  Thanks to Williams patented DCS sound system, Indiana Jones was also the first pinball to use a digital stereo sound system!  Every moment of the game is filled with crisp, clean sounds.  It's easy to see why Indiana Jones is one of our all time favorite machines to play!

Special Features:  Indiana Jones has so many unique features, it's hard to list them all!  First of all, it's the only pinball machine ever created with a player controlled, tiltable playfield!  This allows the player to control the movement of the ball using the flipper buttons.  If you succeed in moving the ball down the correct path, you're rewarded with a great muti ball or extra ball!  It's also the only pinball game ever created with THREE different video modes!

Check out the mechanical idol head that rotates around.  The head will spin around, and is used to bring balls back into play when you get a multi ball!  Indiana Jones also features a captive ball, three jet bumpers that really move the ball around, and the “narrow escape” which allows you to nudge the ball back into play when it drains down the right hand side!  Very few games have this feature, (Centaur, Vecteur, etc.)  Indiana Jones is a great game for kids and adults alike with a nice balance of short shots, long shots, easy shots and quite a few hard shots too!   With it's wide body design, Indiana Jones has wonderful ball flow, and is incredibly tough to master if you're looking for a game that's tough to conquer.  This machine has always been a "must have" for collectors, but also makes a perfect family game too!  Because of it's popularity, Indiana Jones makes a great investment machine as well!

Unique Special Features:  Indiana Jones was originally created with some really neat features that were eliminated due to cost factors when the production game was released.  Known as prototypes, the first 50 machines had a special lighting assembly, and the first 200 machines included special plastics located inside the playfield.  (See above pictures)  Although this particular machine is a standard production model, we have located both the extremely rare "Lost Plastic" set and the special light board and have installed it on the game!  Additionally, early prototype machines had a special lamp board and circuit in the speaker panel assembly (under the Dot Matrix display.)  It shows the Ark, Chalice and the Treasure. Again, we found some of these original lamp boards and have installed them into the game!  During play, these icons will light up during special modes in the game, and is an extra indication letting you know the special modes you are in!

We have installed the latest rom revision as we do with all of our pinball games. Revision LA-7.
