Reasons We Like This Game:  Hurricane is a fast paced pinball game based on the popular carnival / roller coaster theme. It was also the last game produced by Williams with a roller coaster type theme. (Comet 1987, Cyclone 1989) It's the most sophisticated of the three with a dot matrix display and great animation. Hurricane has two Ferris wheels that actually work! You  shoot a ball into the left orbit, and the first Ferris wheel grabs the ball and moves it into the second! The game has plenty of great shots. Some are easy, and others are incredibly hard.  It's a fairly simple game to understand, but difficult to master, so it’s great for beginner pinball players and wizards alike. The game has wonderful ball flow, great ramp shots, and the colors are big and bright. Hurricane has a cool animated backglass with a motorized roller coaster inside! It has a great 3-ball multi-ball and features TWO different types of multi-ball play! It features cute carnival sounds, animation, and lots of carnival type targets to hit and shoot for.

Special Features:  Hurricane is the ONLY game ever created with a two  Ferris wheels! They are both fully motorized and will rotate and spin just like a real one.  As you shoot the ball into the Ferris wheel area, it scoops up the first ball and carries it like a passenger till it drops it into the second wheel.  The second Ferris wheel then drops the ball back onto the playfield...  Very cool!  Hurricane is also the first pinball ever created that loops the ball behind the flippers and brings the ball back out onto the playfield.  Add to that several multi ball modes and some challenging ramps and you have the making of a great pinball game that is destined to become a classic!
