Reasons We Like This Game:  Fish Tales is one of the most popular, most successful sports themed pinball machines ever created by Williams.  For good reason...  It's all about fishing plus it's a super fun game to play!  There’s so many novel features about this game!  There’s the great 22” fish on top of the game that flaps and wiggles! Then there’s the ramp in the center that’s  shaped like a boat!  But the BEST feature of the game is the fishing reel inside the playfield!  Shoot a ball into the reel, it spins around, then you shoot another!  Once it's loaded you begin a great three-ball multi-ball!

The artwork in Fish Tales is simply fantastic and tastefully done. The game has great music, and is loaded with fun sound effects!  The video mode is truly unique...  You’re a fisherman with a spear gun, and you get to shoot water skiers and speed boats!  The game has three jet bumpers, THREE Multi- Ball modes, a captive ball, several stationary targets and an unbelievable wizard mode!  Fish Tales is a great game for everyone, and works well in the home environment.  Fun for kids and adults alike with it's nice balance of close in easy shots and long hard shots!

Special Features:  Fish Tales is one of only two games created with an aquatic type theme ("Fathom" is the other).  The ball launcher is shaped like the handle for a fishing rod, and it's one of the few games created with a animated backbox marquee! (Whirlwind, Twister, Whitewater are a few others).  Watch as the big 22” fish on top of the back box  wags and wiggles around during different modes in the game!  Finally, there’s the working fishing reel in the game!  Shoot the balls down the metal ramp and they'll land in this reel.  When you get 3 balls into the reel, you're rewarded with a great 3-ball multi-ball!  Fish Tales was designed by Mark Ritchie, well known for creating some of the best games ever! (Indiana Jones, Diner, Kingpin plus many others).  Fish Tales is already known to be a classic collectible, and will be loved by all for many years to come!
