Do I Need This?  While the likelihood your new pinball machine will encounter problems at first is minimal; the longer you own it, and the more it is played increases the chances you will need technical assistance in the future.  Pinball machines contain thousands of unique parts, and eventually you may need help troubleshooting a fault, adjusting a setting, or finding a replacement part.

How Does the Protection Plan Work?  The length of coverage is lifetime, meaning that as long as you, the original buyer owns the game you are covered.  The Protection Plan entitles you to unlimited technical assistance via e-mail or phone, as well as lifetime part support service.  Since most parts inside an average machine are only manufactured once, this service can be extremely valuable.

Is the Plan Available for Used Pinball Machines?  Lifetime support and parts support is included standard for all of our restored pinball machines.  We offer the Protection Plan separately for new machines only to keep prices at their absolute lowest!

How Much Does it Cost?  The complete Protection Plan is only $279!

What is NOT Covered?  The Protection Plan does not cover labor, machines used in a commercial setting or the cost of replacement parts.  You might be surprised to learn that 99.9% of ALL technical service calls are resolved over the phone without ever needing a tech in your home!  In the event you need a part, a tech will be happy to walk you through the installation process over the phone at no additional charge!
